Pinewood Derby 1/24 and 1/25
Friday January 24th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (All Cars Check-in and Outlaw Race) Saturday January 25th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Scout/Sibling Race) Start
your engines - it's
Pinewood Derby season! Pack 80 will have two races: the Scout Race
and the Outlaw Race. The Scout Race is for all scouts and will include a
Siblings division just like last year. The Outlaw Race is for anyone (dad, mom,
siblings, scouts, etc). The
rules for the scout/sibling race and the outlaw race are attached. Please follow them accordingly (there are
differences). Any car that does not
pass inspection will be disqualified. Schedule: Friday January 24th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (All Cars Check-in and Outlaw Race)
Saturday January 25th: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Scout/Sibling Race)

Penguins+Pajamas Sleepovers
2020 Penguins & Pajamas California Academy of Science Sleep Over Please arrive by 5:30, doors open at 6 PM Waivers MUST be signed on-line ahead of time. Date: Saturday, February 8 Cost: $110 per ticket A night at the museum for your young explorer! Penguins + Pajamas guest comes face to face with Claude the albino alligator Explore the exhibits after-hours: Discover the deepest depths of the oceans, travel to the tops of rainforests, and blast off into outer space at your own private planetarium show. After milk and cookies, roll out your sleeping bag in an exhibit area like the flooded forest tunnel, Philippine Coral Reef, or even face-to-face with Claude the albino alligator! In the morning, rise-and-shine for breakfast time at the Academy Café—and continue your adventure with complimentary next-day admission to the museum. Ticket price includes: Overnight stay in an exhibit area Live animal presentation Rainforest access until 8 pm Planetarium showings Late night snack and early morning breakfast Overnight parking in Music Concourse Garage Next day admission to the Academy Admission to Penguins+Pajamas sleepovers begins at 6 pm, and the

Popcorn Registration 2019-2020
All scouts who wish to sell popcorn are required to have an account on Trails End. There are several other great changes to the popcorn program this year, and sales tracking will be via an app and online. MV Spring Family Parade
It’s time for the 41st Annual Downtown Spring Family Parade!
We will be Cruisin’ Mountain View this upcoming Saturday, April 27,
2019 at 10:00 a.m. This parade WILL go on rain or shine, down Castro
Street to Civic Center Plaza and ending at Mercy Street. Our line-up number is 34. We will lineup on the corner of Castro and Villa Street (towards Castro Street). Lindsay Vanderbeek will be helping to coordinate. Please arrive by 9:30 AM and meet us at the corner of Castro & Villa by 9:45 am. Parade lineup numbers will be posted in chalk on Villa Street and Hope Street. Post-parade celebrations include food, games and entertainment held at Pioneer Park until 1:00 p.m. The Pack has been invited to the Masonic Lodge near Pioneer Park following the parade for a cook-out and celebration of the Lodge's anniversary. |
Pack Spring Campout
When: May 3rd - May 5th (Fri. - Sun.)
Where: Mt. Madonna County Park
- Arrowhead group campsite
Cost: $50 per family
Fees cover campground and parking, firewood for Sat night campfire and smores. Each den to arrange all their own meals. Please see the pack campout email for sign ups. Volunteers are needed to make this event a success. At the pack level we need coordinators for safety, campfire program, and other tasks. The dens will also need volunteers for their own needs. Please sign up for something. THANKS! NOTE: BSA Health forms (attached below) are required for each participant. |
